Cold water with fresh lemon

~1000 ml. -
lemon/cucumber juice/filtered water
3 handfuls mache'
2 handfuls Micro Greens (young grasses/sprouts basically..)
4 large leaves dino kale
2 heaping tsp. Vitamineral Greens
lemon juice
small piece ginger root
frozen blueberries
1 banana

400 ml. -
filtered water
2 mangoes
1 banana

500 ml. -

I'm thinking that one of the reasons
I've been craving more sulfuric spicy things
lately is because it's getting colder.
At night, mainly, it's freezing outside.
And I think my body is just responding,
needing to heat itself up. (spices/garlic/cheyenne are
very Yang foods, and warm the system)
[spices also overexcite digestion and shock the system]

The fact that I consume nearly all Yin foods(fruits,
greens are viewed as neutral within Chinese philosophy)
is why my system gets alittle messed up during
the winter. It's also why a lot of raw foodists can't
maintain being raw, it's cold outside.
Your body wants to be warm.
(even though it's the spices in cooked food
that heat the body, not the cooked food itself.)

I remember reading an article about a year
or so ago, that spoke of the fact that you actually
end up colder when you eat all cooked food...
which is why you consume more foods, and more
acidic(to the body) foods in the winter time.

Your body wants balance.

This is your ONE LIFE.
You get one chance in this body.
Live wisely.

I believe we should all be focusing
on preservation.
Via lifestyle, friendships, love, family.
When something is continually preserved...
it is continually sacred, it remains close to the heart.

And I believe, we should all..
Live with arms open, and growing to the
sound of our hearts beat.

"Love is the great miracle cure. Loving ourselves
works miracles in our lives."
~Louise L. Hay
